Craftsman made waves this week with some wild price changes. First up, the V20 Cordless Heat Gun (cmce530b) turned up the heat—literally and financially—with a $19.77 jump on Amazon, up 22% from last week.
The V20 9.0Ah Lithium Ion Battery (cmcb209) dropped over $32 (21.5%) on Amazon, and the V20 4.0Ah Battery (cmcb204) dropped 20% at Ace Hardware.

It’s a price hike party for DEWALT. The 20V MAX 1/2 Gallon Wet/Dry Portable Vac (DCV517) and 20V MAX 5.0Ah Battery (DCB205) both jumped $50 at Ace Hardware.
Two versions of the 20V MAX Cordless Reciprocating Saw (DCS380 & DCS381) rose 40%, and the 4-1/2 in. Cordless Angle Grinder (DCG412) matched that jump.
🔋 Milwaukee Batteries & Lights Bounce Up Hard
Milwaukee tools were full of big jumps this week. The M18 FUEL Braking Grinder (2980-20) increased 77% at Home Depot.
Also rising fast: the M18 ROVER Mounting Flood Light (2365-20), M12 ROVER Light (2364-20), M12 Pin Nailer (2540-20), and the M18 TOP-OFF Power Supply (2846-20).
🔧 Makita Makes Moves
Makita mostly had increases this week, with a couple exceptions. One exception was the Makita 18V LXT Lithium‑Ion Cordless 22 in. Hedge Trimmer (XHU02Z) that dropped more than 25% this week.
