What's the difference between DEWALT MAX, MAX XR, and ATOMIC?

The Atomic tools are their brushless compact line. They're smaller and more lightweight, but their brushless motors make up for any performance dips, so they still perform very well. From what I've seen, these are almost always the same price or cheaper than their brushed tools, and with how bad those can be sometimes (or so I've heard), there's almost no reason to go with the brushed over the Atomic.
